PROGRAM 1 – (1. Day) Welcome cocktail upon arrival at the hotel. (Snacks, chips, unlimited alcohol)(1 hour) Live music 2 drums and a clarion, Indian music will be played on CD

PROGRAM 2 – (1. Day) Welcome Dinner at Seaside Green Area: MEHNDI CEREMONY LUNCH:(hours: 12:00–16:00p)

1. The venue will be decorated for the Mehndi ceremony in the green area.A Special gazebo (Mandap) will be prepared for the bride and groom. The gazebo will be adorned with chiffon and flowers, and colored floor cushions and carpets will be placed on the ground. Tulles will be in the colors of the bride & groom's wear. Special seats in Indian style will be prepared for the bride and groom. 6 high metal stands with flower arrangements will be placed on the bridal walkway. Stands will be adorned with fresh flowers and colorful tulles.ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
2. The round-table seating plan will be arranged for the guests. the tables will be dressed in colorful satin fabric. Tiffany chairs will be decorated with multi-colored chiffons, and supplies will be placed on the tables.
   A mirror will be placed on the table and seasonal fresh flower arrangements will be made. Napkins will be bow-tied with colorful satin as a napkin ring.ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
3. OPEN BUFFET, lunch, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (4 hours) (Menu-1)
4. Professional DJ, sound system, DJ mixer, microphone, and special lighting. (Indian Music) You can bring the music you wish to be played with a USB Flash drive.
5. Professional hairdresser will come to the hotel for the bride. (1.5 hours of service)
6. Professional makeup artist will come to the hotel for the bride. A fixer facemask will be applied for 24 hours makeup protection. Natural silk false eyelashes will be applied. (1.5 hours of service)
7. 50-meter square wooden dance floor.
8. Gypsy dance group (5 male, 5 female dancers)
9. 1 professional, 1 stationary, and 1 drone will capture ceremony videos in Full HD quality.
10. A professional photographer will take 500-1000 photographs in JPEG format.

PROGRAM 3 - (2. Day)

HALDI CEREMONY (10.00 – 11.00)

An available venue will be set at the saloon for Haldi Ceremony. Mattresses and rugs will be laid on the ground.We recommend you bring your own accessories for the ceremony

PROGRAM 4 - (2. Day Evening) SANGEET CEREMONY(20:00 – 24:00)

1. be decorated with fresh red and pink flowers. Mirror suplas will be added under the plates. Pink, red rose duni napkins will be decorated with napkin rings out of pearl. Red and white glasses will be used. The top of the table will be decorated with long, red candle holders. Tiffany chairs will be decorated with red, pink bowties.
2. Round-table seating plan will be arranged. The tables will be covered with pink satin cloth. A large, square mirror will be in the middle of the table. Large, gilded yellow glass vases will be put in the centre of the mirrors. The vases will be decorated with fresh red and pink flowers. Mirror suplas will be added under the plates. Pink, red rose Duni napkins will be decorated with napkin rings out of pearl. Red and white glasses will be used. The top of the table will be decorated with long, red candle holders. Tiffany chairs will be decorated with red, and pink bowties.

PROGRAM 5-6 (3. Day) (14:00 – 18:00)

Varmala Ceremony will be held in the green area. The wedding ceremony will take place after lunch.

BARAAT CEREMONY

The groom will arrive at the ceremony venue on a white horse accompanied by 6 drummers. The relatives of the groom will come to the place where the bride and her relatives are waiting.Video and photograph shooting, and aerial video shooting with a drone.

VARMALA CEREMONY(to be done in the green area)

1. Traditional religious ceremony A stage will be set at the venue in the green area. Gazebo (Mandap) will be set on stage and will be decorated with fabrics and fresh takates flowers. 2 special seats will be prepared for the bride & groom. The venue will be decorated with seasonal local fresh flowers.
2. Bistro tables will be prepared and will be decorated with fabrics for guests who will watch the ceremony on foot. Fresh flowers inside vases will be placed on the tables. A seating plan will be arranged with wooden chairs. The chairs will be decorated with colourful fabrics. The chairs on the sides of the walkway will be decorated with flowers. A carpet will be rolled along the walkway and rose petals will be spread.
3. 1 professional, 1 stationary, and 1 drone will capture ceremony videos.
4. Professional DJ, sound system, microphone, DJ setup.
5. OPEN BUFFET: Pastries, Kanepes, Nuts. Unlimited Lochal beverage and soft drinks(4 hours) (Menü 3 )

PROGRAM 7 - (3. Day Evening)

Wedding Dinner Ceremony at the Hotel Ballroom (20:00 – 24:00)

A special board with bride & groom's names will be placed at the entrance. 2 gold coloured jardinieres decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board

1. Bridal Table The venue will be prepared for the wedding ceremony. A stage will be set up for the bridal table. A mirror will be put on a C-shaped lacquer table, and the top of the table will be decorated with accessories and fresh flowers. Suplas will be added under the plates and bracelet napkins will be added. 3-sized vases will be filled with water andrich floating candles and rose petals will be added inside. Different sizes of vases will be placed in front of the tables and candles will be placed inside. The bridal table will be lightened with colourful projectors.ㅤㅤ
2. The decorations will be made according to the colors of the dresses of the bride and the groom. Long, round tables will be decorated with colourful satin cloth and laced runners will be put on the tables. A square mirror will be putin the middle of the table and glass vases will be put in the centre of the mirror. Suplas will be added under the plates and napkin bracelets will be used on napkins. Vases will be decorated with fresh, seasonal local flowers.ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤRing bracelets will be used. 3-sized vases will be put on the table, and they will be filled with water and floating rich candles and rose petals will be added inside.
