Traditional Qatar Weddings in Antalya
Dear Mirvat has contacted us about her nephew’s wedding.
She asked us to organize a dream-like wedding in 2 weeks! I and my team were very excited.
It’s 2022 and we are getting and confirming orders for 2023 and 2024. Would 2 weeks be possible?

Mirvat, (I call her by her name because I love her as my daughter), would call us every hour of the day to ask which hotel would be most suitable, which wedding decorations colours would be the best if it was possible for an open buffet wedding dinner reception, what should be included in the wedding menu, we planned and talked about dear Aziz’s wedding at least 10 times in a day. Mirvat is a wedding organizer herself, she knows what she wants but the time is very short…
While trying to fulfil our previous commitments, we had to arrange our shooting crew, hairdresser & makeup artist crew to plan the wedding on 18 June 2022.
Our firm is an international wedding planner for 15 years. It was the first that we planned such a detailed wedding in 2 weeks.
Dear Mirvat cared greatly about everything related to the bride and groom and joined us while planning.
Our work proceeded, and the hotel has been decided.
Mirvat and her husband came from Istanbul, and our dear groom came from Qatar.
All three of them were so sincere, we are very glad we got to know them. We had lunch together at the wedding hotel and had a very good time together.
The most important part of the wedding was planned, and all there was left was a countdown.
Our groom, Aziz, was a professional horse rider, he was a big, tall young man. He had to arrive at the wedding venue on a horse.
I have received, without exaggeration, photographs of every single horse available in stud farms and stables in Antalya and its surroundings. “This one is too thin, that one is too small” … I was not able to choose a horse suitable for Aziz. In the end, I received the photograph of this white horse, I was incredibly excited. That was it…
I told them to bring that horse to the wedding hotel on 18 June 2022 with a special ride, and that I was going to decorate it.
When I saw Aziz on the horse, I don’t know why, I got really emotional. It was impossible not to be impressed by the nobility of the horse. However, I think I was more impressed with dear Aziz taking control of this majestic horse right on the spot. I cannot deny that I was in tears.
I was extremely excited when I saw dear Aziz, prince of the day coming to the middle of the wedding venue slowly on the horse while being accompanied by 6 drummers.
While I was taking care of dear Aziz, my daughter was bringing the bride on a palanquin carried by 4 strong men with her 6 bridesmaids. Our bride was so happy while being carried like a little princess of an Ottoman Palace.
I hope you always smile like that…
We ran here and there with my dear daughter Mirvat, our guests, the bride and the groom, they were so happy. It was worth the exhaustion. Wedding entertainment and wedding decorations were flawless…
