PROGRAM 1 - (2. Day)

Mehndi Ceremony Venue (Green area at Hotels) (13.30–17.30 o’clock)

MEHNDI CEREMONY(After Lunch)

  1. Traditional Pakistani Weddings in AntalyaVenue will be prepared for Mehndi Ceremony. A Gazebo at the green area will be decorated specially with coloured fabrics and flowers. For the bride special scene will be set.Two special armchairs in Indian theme will be set for the Bride and Groom. The carpets and mattresses will be put on the floor. Fresh flowers will be prepared for decoration. 6 footed metal stand will set at bridal walk path and fabric artificial flower arrangements will set on it. Lanterns and Wooden Accessories will be for decoration.
  2. White wooden lacquered chairs will be set up in order and decorated with colorful chiffon bow ties.5 bistro table will be set up and decorated with satin and chiffon bow ties. Fresh flowers will be set up at the center of the table with accessories.
  3. Unlimited local alcoholic, nonalcoholic beverages, chips and nuts varieties will be given. (for 1hour)Traditional Pakistani Weddings in Turkey
  4. Sound System, DJ mixer, microphone and a professional DJ. You can bring CD with Pakistani/ Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
  5. Live music, STREET BAND ( 6 persons 60 min)

  7. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours).
  8. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride. for 24 hour permanency and for the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours).
  9. Henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you bring henna material and a professional henna artist from your own home country.
  10. Ceremony will be recorded in full HD quality by 1 professional videographer. Aerial Drone shooting for a video.
  11. Ceremonywillbeshotby 1 professional photographer. Between 500 to 1000 photos in JPEG format will be taken.
  12. An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day
  13. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff.
  14. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.

PROGRAM 2 - (2. Day Evening)

Wedding Dinner at the Seaside A La Carte Restaurant of the Hotel

(20.00 – 24.00 o’clock)

Special board with bride & groom's names will be placed on the entrance. 2 gold coloured jardinières decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board

  1. The venue will be prepared for wedding ceremony. Bridal table will be set up on the stage. The Bridal table will be prepared special in colours of couple's dresses.
    Board will be prepared behind of table with Chiffon drapes and fabric artificial flowers. Runners will be laid on it. Table will be decorated with flowers and other accessories. Swarovski stoned under plates will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet.   2. Traditional Pakistani Wedding Organizator in TurkeyThe bride and groom table will be decorated specially. Round and long tables will be decorated with satins. Lace runners will be rolled on tables. Big Glass vases decorated with local seasonal fresh flowers will be put on the square mirror in the middle of the table, Crystal Stones will be placed on the sides of vases. On the table under the plates will be put glass mirror napkin bracelets bows made of decorative satin ribbons in the color of the napkin. Beautiful Candles will be set up. Golden colured Tiffany chairs will be decorated with vibrant coloured tulles.
  3. Special glasses will be set for Bride & Groom.
  4. Open Buffet – Wedding Dinner Reception Unlimited alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages (4 hours)
  5. Special designed 5-layer wedding cake- it will be decorated with imitation flowers and satin bow ties. 10 volcano fire- works show.
  6. Sound System, DJ mixer, microphone and a Professional DJ (Pakistani/Indian music). You can bring CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
  7. Rhythm Show, percussion music

  9. Special designed Bridal bouquet and the groom’s collar flower. A wristband will be prepared for bridesmaids at the same color of bridal bouquet. Boutonnieres for groomsmen
  10. 1 exclusive professional photographers will take 100 to 1000 pictures in JPEG format.
  11. Professional video recording with actual shoulder camera.(A Wedding Story will be prepared. Original videos and photos taking in all ceremonies will be given in the hard disk.
  12. An English speaking member of our Team (wedding consultant) will assist the couple during day

PROGRAM 3 - (3. Day evening)

Walima Dinner at the Ballroom of the Hotel (20.00 – 24.00 o'clock)

Pearl napkin bracelets will use on Red and Pink roses patterned duni napkins, and candles will use to decorate tables. Tiffany chairs will decorate with colourful ribbons.
  3. Open Buffet – Dinner (Unlimited alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages (4 hours)
