“Sofreh” ceremony at the at green area at the beach

1. Sofreh Table will be decorated with ivory satin and chiffon, square glass mirrors will be placed in the center of the table, silver colored glass vases will be arranged with fresh flowers. Candlesticks with table-top mirrors, silver trays, silver decorative plates, crystal stones, silver-colored candle holders, small silver candlesticks with crystal stones will be put on the table as accessories. Designed with ivory-colored pearls from glass goblets with silver-colored legs. Glass vases will be decorated with three sizes of ivory color and three sizes of ivory-colored flower balls.
2. There will be fresh flowers at both sides of the table with 2 wrought iron. Ivory colored lacquer wooden chairs will be decorated with ivory chiffon and made into a bow.
3. On the way to the bridal walk, 6 pieces of wrought iron will be decorated with fabric artificial flowers. On the way of walking, white carpet will be laid on top of the rose petals.
4. Turkish Sweets (Baklava, etc.) and seasonal fruits will be served. For each guest 1 glass of champagne and soft drinks will be served. (The guests can bring additional foods and accessory according to the tradition which can be placed to the “Sofreh” table.)
5. During the wedding ceremony 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol of luck
6. A bottle of champagne for bride and groom.
7. DJ (Iranian music)

Wedding Reception Ceremony At Beachside Restaurant or at Green Area

1. The Bridal table will be prepared special. Ivory coloured lace runners will be laid on it. The tables will be decorated with artificial and fresh flowers and other accessory, under plates with Swarovski will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet. Swarovski stoned candles and candle holders also will be set up.
2. The Tables of the guests will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon and satin. Ivory coloured lace runners will be on it. Top of the table will be decorated with big vases and decorate by fresh flowers. Glass mirror under plates will be set up. Napkins bracelet will be made of bows by satin ribbon in the decoration colour. Beautiful candles are placed on the table. Tiffany chairs are decorated with ribbons of ivory chiffon. A bride walking trail with 6 artificial flower decoration on high metal stands and are set up. They are also decorated with ribbons of ivory chiffon. Between the long metal stands, 8 light fireworks will be placed.
3. The initials of Bride’s and Groom’s names will written on a special board at entrance of venue.2 gold colored jardinières decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board.
4. Special champagne glasses will be prepared.
5. Special Wedding Dinner Reception, unlimited local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (4 hours)

7. A bottle of Special Wedding Champagne for Bride & Groom
8. 6 small volcano fireworks show during the Wedding Cake Ceremony

11. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (service for 1,5 hours)
12. A professional make-up Artist will come for the bride to the hotel. 24 hours Resistant to fix spray. Additional silk lashes are installed. (Service for 1,5 hours)
13. An English speaking member of our team (wedding consultant) will assist the couple during the day
14. Exclusive professional photographer takes 350 to 700 pictures in JPEG format during the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony and wedding dinner reception. (Original unrevised photos will be handed out on hard disk)
15. Professional full HD video recording at the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony and wedding dinner reception. WEDDING STORY 8/10 min clip will be prepared (Delivered in original form with hard disk)
16. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will done by a professional staff
17. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials
18. Wedding City Antalya Team will come to the Hotel at 10.00; will serve up to 24.00 o’clock.
