“Sofreh” Ceremony at the NAR Beach Restaurant by the seaside

1. On the green area, the “Sofreh” place will be decorated with fresh flowers, chiffon and tulle. Silver coloured framed mirror, silver plates, candle holders and candles will be placed on the table. 2 flower arrangements on long metal stands will be arranged. Chairs will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon bow ties. The bridal walking way will be prepared with 6 imitation flower arrangements on high metal stands, flanked to right and left. A white carpet will be rolled out and red rose leafs will be spread on it.
2. Turkish Sweets (Baklava, etc.) and seasonal fruits will be served. For each guest 1 glass of champagne and soft drinks will be served. (The guests can bring additional foods and accessory, according to the tradition, which can be also placed to the “Sofreh” Table)
3. During the wedding ceremony 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck
4. A bottle of special Wedding Champagne for Bride & Groom
5. Professional DJ (Iranian and International music)
6. Aerial shooting with drone

Wedding Dinner Reception at the Restaurant

1. The Bridal table will be prepared special. It will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon and satin. Ivory coloured lace table cloth will be laid on it. Fresh flowers will be designed in square glass vases. The vases will be placed on the top of the table. Silver coloured under plates with Swarovski stone will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet. Special Swarovski Champagne glasses will be placed. Swarovski stoned candles and candle holders also will be set up.
2. The Tables of the guests will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon and satin. Ivory coloured lace table runners will be laid on it. Table top will be decorated with fresh flower arrangements. Glass mirror under plates will be set up. Napkins bracelet will be made of bows by satin ribbon in the decoration colour, and fresh flowers will be placed between the ribbons. Beautiful candles will be placed on the table. The chairs will be decorated with ribbons of ivory chiffon. 6 artificial flower decorations on high metal stands, which are also adorned with ivory chiffon bow ties, will be set up at the bridal walking way. 8 light falls will be places between the mtal stands.
3. Special champagne glasses will be prepared for bride & groom.
4. Special Wedding Dinner Reception, unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. (4 hours)
5. Special decorated 5- layer wedding cake
6. A bottle of special bottle of Wedding Champagne for Bride and Groom
7. 6 small volcano fireworks show during the Wedding Cake Ceremony
8. Sound system, mixer and a professional DJ (International & Iranian music)
9. Special prepared Bridal bouquet with fresh flowers and the groom’s collar flower
10. A professional hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours)
11. A professional make-up Artist will come for the bride to the hotel. for make-up, 24 hours Resistant fixing spray will be sprayed. Additional silk lashes are installed. (Service for 1,5 hours)
12. An English speaking member of our Team will assist the couple during the day.
13. Professional photographers will take between 350 to 700 pictures in JPEG format (original unrevised hard disk will be delivered) If desired, Image photos of Bride and Groom can be taken at the Temple of Apollo in Side.
14. Professional full HD video recording (Original unrevised hard disk will be delivered) 8-10 min video clip your wedding story’ will be prepared )
15. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will be done by a professional staff
16. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.
17. Wedding City Antalya Team will come to the Hotel at 11.00; will serve up to 24.00 o’clock.
