Official Wedding Ceremony at the Hotel Terrace at Sunset

1. A wooden altar will be installed on the terrace of the hotel. It will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon and artificial flowers. A special wedding wooden table, standing beneath the Altar, will be also decorated with ivory coloured chiffon and flowers. Ring pillow in decoration colour will be prepared. 2 artificial flower arrangements on long metal stands will be placed on both sides of the Altar. White lacquered chairs will be decorated with ivory coloured chiffon bow ties. 4 artificial flower decorations on high metal stands will be set up at the bridal walking way. They will be also adorned with ivory chiffon bow ties. A white carpet will be rolled out and red rose leafs will be spread on it
2. During the wedding ceremony 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol of luck
3. A bottle of champagne for bride and groom. One glass of champagne will be served for each guest.
4. Special champagne glasses will be prepared for the bride and groom.
5. Live acoustic music (classic guitar and violin)

Wedding Dinner Reception at the a la carte Restaurant of the Hotel

1. Square glass vases will be placed on the wooden tables and decorated with fresh flowers. Candles will be placed in 3-sized cylinder glass vases.
   
   Floating candles and fresh rose petals will be placed inside 3-sized glass vases. Honey-coloured underplates will be placed on the table.
   
   Cloth napkins will be decorated with fresh flowers. Wooden tables will be decorated with underplates hanging down to the floor and candles
2. Flowers and floating candles inside large vases will be placed at the entrance of the a la carte restaurant.
3. Artificial white flowers will be hung from chandeliers on the ceiling.
4. Specially wedding champagne glasses for the wedding couple
5. Special Wedding Dinner Reception, unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (4 hours)
6. Specially decorated 3-layer wedding cake
7. One special wedding bottle of Champagne
8. 6 volcano fireworks show during the Wedding Cake ceremony
9. Specially designed Bridal bouquet with fresh flowers and the groom’s collar flower
10. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (service for 1,5 hours)
11. A professional makeup artist will come to the hotel for the bride. A mask will be applied with fixer spray to keep the makeup intact for 24 hours and natural-looking silk lashes will be done. (Service for 1,5 hours)
12. An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day.
13. Exclusive professional photographer takes 350 to 700 pictures in JPEG format. (Original unrevised photos will be handed out on hard disk)
14. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will be done by a professional staff
15. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.
16. Wedding City Antalya Team will come to the Hotel at 13.00, will serve up to 24.00.
