“Sofreh” Ceremony at the Terrace of A-La-Carte Restaurant or Green Area

1. Sofreh Table will be decorated with ivory satin and chiffon, square glass mirrors will be placed in the center of the table, silver-colored glass vases will be arranged with fresh flowers. Candlesticks with table-top mirrors, silver trays, silver decorative plates, crystal stones, silver-colored candle holders, small silver candlesticks with crystal stones will be put on the table as accessories. Designed with ivory-colored pearls from glass goblets with silver-colored legs. Glass vases will be decorated with three sizes of ivory color and three sizes of ivory-colored flower balls. There will be fresh flowers on both sides of the table with 2 wrought iron. Ivory-colored lacquer wooden chairs will be decorated with ivory chiffon and made into a bow.
2. On the way to the bridal walk, 6 pieces of wrought iron will be decorated with fabric artificial flowers. On the way of walking, a white carpet will be laid on top of the rose petals.
3. Turkish Sweets (Baklava, etc.) and seasonal fruits will be served. For each guest 1 glass of champagne and soft drinks will be served. (The guests can bring additional foods and accessories that can be also placed to the “Sofreh”, according to the tradition.)
4. During the wedding ceremony 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol of luck
5. A bottle of champagne for bride and groom. For each guest 1 glass of champagne will be served
6. Sound system, mixer and DJ (International and Iranian Music)

Wedding Dinner Reception at the A’La Carte Restaurant of the Hotel

1. Square glass vases will be placed on the wooden tables, and the design will be made with vibrant green leaves and live flowers, candles will be placed in 3 size cylinder glass vases. Live rose petals will be placed in the water in 3-size glass goblets and floating candles will be placed on them. Honey-colored glass suplawill be placed under the plates on the table. Cloth napkins will be specially folded and fresh flowers will be placed between them. A fabric runner will be placed on the wooden tables and hung down from the table edges and will be decorated with candles.
2. At the entryway of A’la carte restaurant will be placed large glasses vase inside of them with flowers and floating candles.
3. Fabric artificial white flowers will be hung from square chandeliers on the ceiling.
4. Special champagne glasses will be prepared for the bride & groom.
5. Special Wedding Dinner Reception, unlimited local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (4 hours)
6. Special decorated 5-layer wedding cake
7. A bottle of Special Wedding Champagne for Bride & Groom
8. 6 small volcano fireworks show during the Wedding Cake Ceremony
9. Sound system/ mixer,4 robot light show from the ground, and a professional DJ (Persian & International music)
10. Belly Dancer Show (for 30 Min.)
11. Special designed Bridal bouquet with fresh flowers and the groom’s collar flower
12. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (service for 1,5 hours)
13. A professional make-up Artist will come for the bride to the hotel., 24 hours Resistant to fix spray. Additional silk lashes are installed.(Service for 1,5 hours)
14. An English speaking member of our team (wedding consultant) will assist the couple during the day
15. Exclusive professional photographer takes 350 to 700 pictures in JPEG format during the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony and wedding dinner reception (Original unrevised photos will be handed out on hard disk)
16. Professional full HD video recording at the bride’s preparation, marriage ceremony, and wedding dinner reception. (Original unrevised hard disk will be handed out)
17. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue will be done by a professional staff
18. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials
19. Wedding City Antalya Team will come to the Hotel at 10.00; will serve up to 24.00 o’clock.
