Sofreh Aghd Ceremony On ship In Antalya

Welcome Cocktail and “Sofreh” Ceremony “ at the Terrace of the Yacht” while Sunset
(between 19:00 – 20:30 o’clock) The Cruise will depart from the Harbor at 18:30 o’clock to Düden waterfall

1. Bride and groom will be taken from the hotel with a limousine, Photographer,videographer team will takepicture of the couple during the way ,
2. The “Sofreh” place decoration will be prepared with fresh and fresh flowers and tulle. Silver coloured framed mirror, silver plates, Swarovski candle holders and candles will be placed on the table with Swarovski accessories, silver color vases will decorated with fresh flowers. Glass vases will be designed by pearls, white flowers and crystal balls.A white carpet will be rolled out and 6 fresh flower decorations on high metal stands will be placed on the right and left side of it. And 10 volcanoes will be lighted at the entrance time.50 white lacquered chairs will be decorated with ivory chiffon bow ties. Bistro tables will be placed behind the chairs. They will be adorned with ivory satin and ivory chiffon bow ties.Fresh flowers in little vases will be placed on the top of the tables. Some of the guests will follow the ceremony while standing.
3. Chips, snacks and sweet - salty cookies will be served on the bistro tables. Also Turkish Sweets (Baklava, ect.) and Turkish Delight will be placed on the Sofreh. For each guest 1 glass of champagne and soft drinks will be served. (The guests can bring additional foods and accessory according to the tradition which can be placed to the “Sofreh” table.) A part of the guests will follow the ceremony while standing.
4. A bottle of Wedding Champagne for the Bride & Groom.
5. During the wedding ceremony 2 white doves will be released by the couple as a symbol for luck.
6. A drone will take aerial Video recording of the Welcome cocktail and the Sofreh Ceremony. The Harem will cruise to the Duden waterfalls in Lara. There will be taken also an aerial shooting Video and photos. Live music with accordion and classic guitar.

Bridal Table

WEDDING DINNER RECEPTION AT THE YACHT

1. The bridal table is specially decorated and covered with ivory colour chiffon and satin. fuchsia coloured lace table cloth will be laid on it.Chiffon Curls will set at corner of tables and accessories will set on them. Top of the table will be decorated with fresh flowers inside of the glass boxes. Silver coloured Swarovski stoned under plates will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet. Also tables will be decorated with Swarovski stoned candle holders and candles. Oval shaped flowers will be set up on the bridal table.
   
2. Table and Tiffany chairs will be decorated with ivory colored chiffon. Top of tables will be decorated with fuchsia color runner. Large square mirror in the center of the table will be placed and large glass vases will be decorated with imported fresh flowers(Imported large head white and pink rose, imported pink hydrangea, domestic white lisianthus, domestic pink and white Casablanca flower to be used ). Square mirror under plates will be set up. Pearl Napkin bracelets will be set for Ivory fabric napkins. Unique red glasses will be used. Beautiful candles will be placed on the table.
   A bride walking trail with 6 fresh flower decoration on high metal stands plus white carpet between are set up.The initials of Bride’s and Groom’s names will written on a special board and will be placed at the entrance. 2 gold coloured jardinieres decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board.
3. Special champagne glasses will be prepared for bride & groom.
4. Special 2 Spit Roasted Lambs will be prepared at the restaurant and Special Wedding Dinner Reception of the ottoman kitchen will be served as open buffet. (20:30 – 23:00 o’clock)
5. Wedding Cake Ceremony at 24.00 o’clock (Special designed 5 layer Wedding Cake) 10 small volcano fireworks Show during the Wedding Cake ceremony
6. A bottle of wedding champagne for Bride & Groom
7. Sound/music system, mixer and a professional DJ (Iranian and International music)
8. Belly dancer for 30 Minutes (Music/ CD)
9. Special designed Bridal bouquet and the groom’s collar flower with fresh flowers.
10. A professional Hair dresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours).
11. A professional make-up Artist will come for the bride to the hotel. 24 hours Resistant Spray to fixing. Additional silk lashes are installed. (Service for 1,5 hours).
12. An English speaking member of our Team will assist the couple during the day.
13. 2 English speaking consultants for the guests.
14. 2 exclusive professional photographers will take 1000 to 1500 pictures in JPEG format (Flash disck with the unrevised photos will be handed out)
15. Professional full HD video recording (Original unrevised will be handed out with Flash disck) Aerial video recording for marriage ceremony(8-10 mins Wedding Story clip will prepared after the wedding)
16. Firework show from the other yacht nearby.
17. After 24.00 o’clock until 02.00 o’clock disco at the terrace of the ship
18. Flower arrangements and area decoration will be prepared by professional staff.
19. A special marriage certificate will be given as our company’s gift.
20. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.
21. Wedding City Antalya Team will come to the Hotel at 10 o’clock. The bride and groom's agent, hairdresser, make-up specialists, photographers for the image shoots and video.
22. Wedding City Antalya Team will come to the Çelebi Marina for the ship's organization (16:00 – 02:00 o’clock).
