PROGRAM 1 - (1. Day)

PROGRAM 2 - (1. Day)

Mehndi Ceremony Venue (At the Garden of Cıragan Palace) Indian Wedding Planner in İstanbul Çırağan

MEHNDI CEREMONY (12.00–16.00 o’clock)

Bride and Groom will be taken to the venue by Sultanate yacht from the sea.

The venue will be prepared for Mehndi Ceremony. Stairs of the place will be set up as an entrance walkway and 20 marble vases will be designed with Flowers which be in pink and fuchsia colours.

A Special platform will be set for Bride & Groom. Gazebo (Mandap) will set at the platform in fuchsia and Pink Colour. The place for Bride & Groom will be drafted by chiffon and fresh flowers.

Two Indian thematic armchairs will set for Bride & Groom. Carpets and mattresses will lay to the ground. Venu gate will be designed by fresh flowers and fabrics.

An Altar will set at the entrance of the Venue of the Mehndi ceremony and decorated with fresh flowers. 10 columns will set at bridal walk path and flower arrangements.

Indian Weddings in İstanbulAt walkway 10 Lake Bistro tables will set and covered with colourful table cloth and bow with pink and fuchsia chiffon fabrics and decorated with fresh flowers in vases.

Bridal Table

  1. The bridal table will set special. Colourfull curly fabrics will set at Corners of table cloths. Runners will lay on table and Underplates will set under dishes. 4 cubic mirror will set on table accessories, candle holders and fresh flowers will be used for decoration. Chairs of the bride and Groom will decorate especially with fresh flowers.
  2. Round and long tables will set for guests. Colourful satin fabrics will use as a tablecloth. Golden colour underplates will set on the table. Napkin bracelet will set for each napkin and each one of the napkins will tie with ribbons which will set in the same colour of table cloths.
    Fresh flowers arrangements will set in accessories of the table. Candles will use for decoration. Red, Fuchsia, White, Green and Orange colour cloths chairs will set for Tıffany white chairs.
  3. 30 triple white leather seat will set with 15 white coffee tables. Colourful pillows will set on each seat. Fresh flower arrangements will set on coffee tables in accessories.
  4. Open buffet Lunch At Green area of Chiragan palace– Alcoholic & Nonalcoholic beverage.
  5. Sound System, DJ mixer, microphone and a professional DJ. You can bring a CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
  6. Mezdeke dance team show (3 belly dancers, 30 min music will be played by Cd)
  7. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours)
  8. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride for 24-hour permanency and for the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural-looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours).
  9. Indian henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you to bring Indian henna material and a professional henna artist from their own home country.
  10. The Mehndi ceremony will be recorded in full HD quality by one professional jimmy jip and 2 professional videographers plus drone air video
  11. The Mehndi ceremony will be shot by 3 professional photographers. Between 2500 to 3500 photos in JPEG format will be taken.
  12. Ebru Artist, Traditional art of painting on water, Marbling, an artist will paint Ebru during a ceremony and it will given to guests as a gift.
  13. Cartoonist, an artist will draw a caricature and it will be given to guests as a gift.
  14. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff.
  15. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.

PROGRAM 3 - (2. Day evening)

SANGEET CEREMONY AT Chiragan Palace Ballroom: (20.00 – 24.00 o'clock)

One glass of cocktail will be served. At the ballroom salon entrance, the metal stand will be lighted with LED. The stands will set at bridal walk path and decorated with seasonal flowers.

  1. Venue (ballroom salon) will set for Sangeet ceremony. The stage will set and a Gazebo (Mandap) for Bride and Groom will be prepared. Stage will decorate with fuchsia colour chiffon fabrics and with fuschia, pink and orange flowers. Special seat for bride and groom will set onstage with matress and coffee tables. Robotic lights will light the stage from the ground.
  2. Also, a special bridal table will set. Cubic mirrors will set on the table for decoration. Golden colour vases will set on cubic mirrors. Fuschia, Pink and Orange colour flower arrangements will use for decoration of golden colour vases. Swarovski stoned under plates will be set up. Candles and candle holders also will be set up.   3. Long and round tables will set. Pink satin table cloths will lay on tables. Runners will lay on tables. Yellow colour gilding glass vases will put on the table and decorated with Fuchsia, pink and orange fresh seasonal flowers, Cubic Mirrors will set under vases. Golden coloured underplates will put under dishes on table. Pearl napkin bracelets will use on Duni napkins, Candleholders will use to decorate tables. Golden colour tiffany chairs will bow tie with Fuchsia and pink colour fabrıcs and tulles.
  4. Open Buffet – Sangeet (Unlimited alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages (4 hours) (The menu will be prepared according to your requests and the cost will be reported to you by the hotel)
  5. The stage will be prepared for artists. Professional DJ, Sound System, DJ mixer, Ceiling square truss will be installed and robot lights will be set for decor. The video will be broadcasted live on the 24 m2 square LED screen. Robot light show from the ground. (Indian music). You can bring a CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
  6. RHYTHM SHOW - Percussion Music.
  7. Professional Folkloric Dance Group (5 men – 5 women dancer will perform 8 different folkloric show and they will use 5 different costumes for each show)( 45 min. with music by CD and live drum show ) -OR- SAMBA Dance Group (24 dancers, 12 men & 12 women – 30 min)
  8. Mezdeke Belly dancers show at the final of the ceremony. (6 dancers, 30 min. with music by CD)
  9. An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day

BARAAT CEREMONY

The groom will come to the wedding venue on a white horse, accompanied by 2 Drums. The relatives of the groom will come to the place, where the bride and her relatives will be waiting. Will be aerial video shooting with Drone.

VARMALA (will be at Green area)

  1. Traditional Religious Ceremony A stage will set at the venue at Green area Gazebo (Mandap) will set on the stage and will be decorated with fabrics and fresh tagetes flowers. 2 seats will be placed for bride & groom. The venue will be decorated with seasonal local fresh flowers.
  2. Bistro tables will be prepared and will be decorated with fabrics for guests who will watch the ceremony by standing. On the table will be vases with fresh flowers. The seating arrangement will set with wooden chairs and will decorate with colourfull tulles. Chairs on the bridal walk path will decorate with flowers.

  3. Indian Baraat Ceremony in Istanbul6 columns will set on the bridal walkway and colourfull fresh flowers will use for decoration. The carpet will roll on the bridal walkway and roses leaves will pour on the carpet.
  4. Aerial video shooting by Drone. 4 professional photographer and 2 cameramen will serve.
  5. Professional DJ and DJ setup. Sound system and microphone will set.

PROGRAM 6 - (3. Day Evening)

At the entrance of the palace will be set up a special walkway for guests with 6 special arches adorned with colourful fabrics and flowers,12 walkways will be set and lighted with robot lights For the bride and groom the walkway in the palace stairs will be decorated with, 20 marble vases with colourful seasonal flowers. Between vases, there will be 40 small volcano fireworks. Large flowers will be arranged down the middle of the stairs and the rose petals will be scattered on the red carpet on the floor. The initials of Bride’s and Groom’s names will be written on a special board and will be placed at the entrance. 2 gold coloured jardinieres decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board.

  11. Special designed Bridal bouquet and the groom’s collar flower. A wristband of artificial flowers will be prepared for bridesmaids at the same colour of the bridal bouquet. Boutonnieres for groomsmen. Special garter with Swarovski stones for the bride. Also, garters at the same colour will be prepared for bridesmaids.
