PROGRAM 1 - (1. Day)

Bride & Groom, Bridesmaid and Groomsmaid will be taken from the airport by limousine to the hotel.

A photographer and videographer will shoot while they are taken from the airport and brought to the Hotel. Then these records will be used to Marriage Story Clip.

Welcome Cocktail at Green area of the Hotel.
Welcome ceremony by Traditional Ottoman Military Band show with live music.

PROGRAM 2 - (2. Day)

Mehndi Ceremony Venue (Green Area) (12.00–16.00 o’clock)

MEHNDI CEREMONY

Bride & Groom will be brought by boat from the sea to the ceremony venue. The venue will be prepared for Mehndi Ceremony. A Special platform will be set for Bride & Groom. Gazebo (Mandap) will set at the platform in Bride & Groom’s Dresses Colour (or they can choose a colour).

The place for Bride & Groom will be decorated with chiffon and fresh flowers. q Two Indian thematic armchair will set for Bride & Groom. Carpets and mattresses will lay to the ground. An Altar will set at the entrance of the venue and decorated with fresh flowers. 10 footed metal stand will set at bridal walk path and flower arrangements will set on it Lanterns and flowers will use for decoration. 10 Lake Red Bistro tables will set and covered with table cloth and bow with chiffon fabrics and decorated with fresh flowers in vases.

Bridal Table

1. The bridal table will set special. Colourfull curly fabrics will set at Corners of table cloths. Runners will lay on table and Underplates will set under dishes. 4 cubic mirror will set on table accessories and fresh flowers will be used for decoration. Chairs of the bride and Groom will decorate especially.
2. Round and long tables will set for guests. Colourful satin fabrics will use as a tablecloth. Golden colour underplates will set on the table. Napkin bracelet will set for each napkin and each one of the napkins will tie with ribbons which will set in the same colour of table cloths. Fresh flowers arrangements will set in accessories on the table. Candles will use for decoration. Red, Fuschia, White, Green and Orange colour chairs will set and fresh flowers will use for decoration of chairs.
3. 15 triple white leather seat will set with 5 white bistro tables. Colourful pillows will set on each seat. Fresh flower arrangements will set on coffee tables in accessories.
4. Open buffet Lunch At poolside and Green area – Alcoholic & Nonalcoholic beverage. (Menu 1 )
5. Sound System, DJ mixer, microphone and a professional DJ. You can bring a CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
6. Mezdeke dance team show (3 belly dancers, 30 min music will be played by Cd)
7. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours)
8. A professional make-up specialist will come to the hotel for the bride. The brand of Kryolan make-up material will be used, so as for 24-hour permanency and for the face mask Fixler Spray will be used. Natural-looking silk eyelashes will be fixed (Service for 1,5 hours).
9. Indian henna will be applied to the hands and feet of the bride. We recommend you to bring Indian henna material and a professional henna artist from own home country.
10. The Mehndi ceremony will be recorded in full HD quality by 2 professional videographers.
11. Mehndi ceremony will be shot by 3 professional photographers. Between 2000 to 2500 photos in JPEG format will be taken.
12. Ebru Artist, Traditional art of painting on water, Marbling, an artist will paint Ebru during a ceremony and it will be given to guests as a gift.
13. Cartoonist, an artist will draw a caricature and it will be given to guests as a gift.
14. Flower arrangements and the decoration of the venue done by a professional staff.
15. Transfer and transportation of the staff/team and necessary materials.

PROGRAM 3 - (2. Day evening)

SANGEET CEREMONY AT POOLSIDE (20.00 – 24.00 o'clock)

1. A special altar will set poolside venue entrance and will be decorated with fresh flowers. wooden bridge at the middle of the pool will be decorated with red and pink tulles and flowers and light by robotic led lights.
2. 10 footed golden gilding colour glasses will set entrance of bridal walk path and decorated with seasonal flower arrangement will use to decorate. Colourfull led lights will put between flowers. Red and Pink chiffon fabric bowties will use for decorating. 14 small volcanos will put between them. The red carpet will roll on ground and pink rose leaves will pour on it.
3. 10 white model swan will be decorated with flowers and will put in the pool. Also, 20 swimmer flower arrangements will put on the pool and small volcanos will set inside of them. Colourfull artificial Nymphaeas will set in the pool. All volcanos will fire when the bride and groom join the venue. 1500 flying balloons will set free from each side of the pool.
4. Aerial shooting will be done by 2 drones.
5. The venue at the poolside will set for Sangeet ceremony. The stage will set and a Gazebo (Mandap) for Bride and Groom. The stage will decorate with fuschia colour chiffon fabrics and with colourfull tagetes flowers. Special seat for bride and groom will set on stage with matress and coffee tables. Robotic lights will light stage from the ground.
   
6. Also, a special bridal table will set. Cubic mirrors will set on the table for decoration. Golden colour vases will set on cubic mirrors. Fuschia, Pink and Orange colour flower arrangements will use for decoration of golden colour vases.
7. Long and round tables will set. Pink satin table cloths will lay on tables. Runners will lay on tables. Yellow colour gilding glass vases will put on the table and decorated with Fuschia, pink and orange fresh seasonal flowers, Cubic Mirrors will set under vases. Golden coloured underplates will put under dishes on the table. Pearl napkin bracelets will use on Red and Pink roses patterned Duni napkins, Candleholders will use to decorate tables. Golden colour tiffany chairs will bow tie with red and pink colour ribbons and fresh flowers will put between bow ties.
   
8. Open Buffet – Dinner (Unlimited alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages (4 hours)(Menu 2)
9. Sound System, DJ mixer, robot light show from the ground and DJ also 2 footed Truss will set with 10 robotic lights. (Indian music). You can bring a CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
10. Professional Folkloric Dance Group (5 men – 5 women dancer will perform 8 different folkloric show and they will use 5 different costumes for each show)( 30 min. with music by CD )
11. RHYTHM SHOW - Percussion Music
12. An English speaking wedding consultant for the couple during the day
13. 2 English speaker wedding consultant Managers and 3 assistant hostesses to care with guests.
14. 2 Professional full HD video recorder.

Haldi Ceremony (10.00-11.00 o’clock)

An available venue will set at saloon for Haldi Ceremony. Matresses and rugs will lay on the ground.

(We recommend you to bring your traditional accessories for the ceremony)

PROGRAM 5 – (3. Day) (Time: 14.00-18.00 o’clock)

Wedding Ceremony will start after lunch

BARAAT CEREMONY

The groom will come to the wedding venue on a white horse, accompanied by 2 Dholak. The relatives of the groom will come to the place, where the bride and her relatives will be waiting. Will be aerial video shooting with Drone.

VARMALA (will be at Poolside or at Green area)

1. Traditional Religious Ceremony A stage will set at the venue at Green area Gazebo (Mandap) will set on the stage and will be decorated with fabrics and fresh tagetes flowers. 2 seats will be placed for bride & groom. The venue will be decorated with seasonal local fresh flowers.
2. Bistro tables will be prepared and will be decorated with fabrics for guests who will watch the ceremony by standing. The seating arrangement will set with wooden chairs and will decorate with colourfull tulles. Chairs on the bridal walk path will decorate with flowers.
3. An Altar will be set up on the entrance and will be decorated with fresh flowers and colourful tulles.
4. 6 columns will set on the bridal walkway and colourfull fresh flowers will use for decoration. The carpet will roll on the bridal walkway and roses leaves will pour on the carpet.
5. Aerial video shooting by Drone. 3 professional photographer and 2 cameramen will serve Sound system and microphone will be set up
6. Sound system and microphone will set.
7. Professional DJ and DJ setup.
8. Open Buffet: Pastries, Kanepes, Nuts. Unlimited Local beverage and soft drinks (Veg. Menu - 4 )

PROGRAM 6 - (3. Day Evening)

Wedding Dinner Reception at the Ballroom of Hotel (20.00–24.00 o’clock)

A Bridal walk path will set at the entrance of the ballroom. Swarovski stoned metal stands will set at bridal walk path and lighted with lights and decorated with fresh seasonal flowers.



The initials of Bride’s and Groom’s names will be written on a special board and will be placed at the entrance. 2 gold coloured jardinieres decorated with artificial flowers will be set up under the board



Bridal Table

1. The venue will be prepared for the Sangeet ceremony. The stage will be decorated with chiffon drapes and fresh flowers in the main colour of the couples’ dresses or with colours of choice. The bridal table will be set up on the stage. Board will be prepared behind of table with Chiffon drapes. Colourful projectors will light up the stage.
2. The Bridal table will be prepared especially in colours of couple's dresses. Runners will be laid on it. The table will be decorated with flowers and other accessories. Swarovski stoned under plates will be set up, the napkins will be tied with Swarovski stoned napkins bracelet.
3. Swarovski stoned candles and candle holders also will be set up
4. Round tables and chairs will be decorated in the main colour of the bride and groom's dresses (or with chosen colours). Tables will be decorated with satins and chiffons. Runners will be rolled on tables. Glass vases decorated with local seasonal fresh flowers, will be placed on the tables. Underplates and napkin bracelets will be used. Beautiful Candles will be set up. Golden coloured Tiffany chairs will be decorated with vibrant coloured tulles. Chairs will be decorated with the flowers in the same colour as the decoration
5. Special glasses will set for Bride & Groom.

7. Open Buffet – Wedding Dinner Reception Unlimited alcoholic & nonalcoholic drinks (4 hours) (Menu 5)
8. Special designed 5-layer wedding cake- it will be decorated with imitation flowers and satin bow ties. + 20 volcano fireworks show.
9. Egyptian Tennure Dance Show (30 min)
10. Sound System, DJ mixer, robot light show from the ground and DJ (Indian music). You can bring a CD with Indian music you’d like to be played with yourself.
11. Gypsy Dance Group Show at the final of the wedding for 45 min. 5 musicians (live music with Drum, Accordion, Clarinet, Violin, Darbuka), 12 dancers (6 male and 6 female)
12. Special designed Bridal bouquet and the groom’s collar flower. A wristband will be prepared for bridesmaids at the same colour as the bridal bouquet. Boutonnieres for groomsmen. Special garter with Swarovski stones for the bride. Also, garters at the same colour will be prepared for bridesmaids.
13. 3 exclusive professional photographers will take 1500 to 2500 pictures in JPEG format.
14. Professional video recording with Jimmy Jip and actual shoulder camera.(A Wedding Story will be prepared. Original videos and photos taking in all ceremonies will be given in the hard disk. A barcovision will be set up for live video broadcast.
15. A professional Hairdresser will come to the Hotel for the Bride (Service for 1,5 hours).
